We're really glad to hear that the app helps you to stay on track. Some times I skip dieting days on purpose but it calculates that as fasting and skews my actual number averages which I don’t like. I wish it was easier start and stop diets. Only thing I wish it had was a trackable graph on blood pressure and blood sugar. Easier just to stay within boundaries and I’m not hungry. My desire to over consume is gone because I don’t like that overage staring at me the next day because it makes I harder on my own self. It teaches portion control and has a positive psychological effect. I love how I can bank calories for the next day and it shows my overage if I went over.
